Client Stories

Real OTs. Real coaching businesses. Real clients.

These are occupational therapists who decided to stop thinking about it and start building. No big followings. No fancy certifications. Just the skills they already had, a clear path, and the support to follow through.

Certifications

Before they had a coaching business, they had the same questions you do.

What would I even coach on? Do I need another certification first? What if I don't have time? What if I pick the wrong niche?

Every OT on this page started exactly where you are. Some were brand new to business. Some were running clinics. Some had ideas they'd been sitting on for years. Some had no idea what their offer would be when they started.

None of them had it figured out before they started. They just stopped waiting.

01 — In Their Own Words

Hear it directly from the OTs who built it.

These are full video testimonials from OTs who walked through the program and came out the other side with real coaching businesses and real clients.

Sonoe
Acute Care Coaching

Came in with zero business experience. Built a coaching business supporting acute care providers using a proven process she could actually follow.

Alison Miller
Teens to Adulthood

Founder of LaunchPad. Signed her first client before she finished the program. Walked through niche, LLC, and a real marketing plan.

Bekah
Adaptive Equipment

Came in with a lot of ideas and no action steps. Got clear direction on market research and the support she needed when she got stuck.

Katie
OT to Boss

Wanted to use her OT skills to reach more people and stop relying on the US healthcare system. Got the structure, the community, and the confidence to actually start.

Bekah

02 — Full Stories

The exact thing that was keeping them stuck.

Every OT walked in believing something that was holding them back. Here's what they came in thinking, what they built, and what changed.

The Belief

I already have a coaching business. My income shouldn't have to depend on me being in the clinic every day.

Natalie Udwin

Natalie owned a private practice and was relying entirely on the income it brought in. She knew she wanted more, she just didn't have a clear path to build it.

Inside the program, she explored a few different topics within her niche before narrowing it down to educating early intervention therapists. She started with a few trial classes to test what people actually wanted, then built a full coaching program around the topic that hit the hardest.

The Update

She messaged me recently to tell me she had to close the doors to her offer because it was too full.

The Belief

I already own a business. Why does it still feel like I'm trading time for dollars?

Stephanie Wager

Stephanie is a private practice owner who came in wanting to diversify her revenue streams without walking away from the clinic she built.

She had a capstone project showing that parent engagement in pediatric clinics led to better child outcomes. We took that work and built a coaching offer around it for other clinic owners and pediatric therapists who wanted to teach their teams how to engage parents effectively.

What She Built

A coaching business that helps clinics serve more patients, shorten waitlists, build therapist confidence, and improve staff retention.

The Belief

I don't know anything about business. I wouldn't even know where to start.

Ashley Millar

Ashley had no business background. None. She had the OT skills and she had a population she wanted to serve, and that was about it.

Inside the program, she built her first coaching offer for parents of picky eaters. She built her entire website from scratch. She started a brand new social media account to reach kiddos and families everywhere.

What She Built

A complete coaching business from zero: website, social presence, coaching offer, and a clear ideal client.

The Belief

I'm not techy enough. And the marketing strategies I've tried before didn't work.

Kathleen Yopp

Kathleen started with me by creating a course on infant feeding. She came in worried she couldn't handle the tech side, and she'd tried marketing strategies in the past that hadn't worked.

We simplified the tech into manageable steps that were actually doable for her. I supported her with getting it set up and running. Then we built a marketing strategy around her real strength: educating other providers.

Where She Is Now

She's taken the foundational skills from the program and is now coaching other therapists on sleep, feeding, and toileting.

The Belief

I don't have an audience. I'd be starting from zero.

Rachel

Rachel launched a coaching business supporting women in postpartum. She had no following and no platform when she started.

She built her website from scratch with my support. She started a TikTok account from zero. We built a marketing plan together for creating social media content that would actually attract her ideal client.

The Result

She signed her first 2 clients while still inside the program.
