1. Review and Sign the Event Release Form
This is required for admission into the event.
2. Join the Event Facebook group
Here you will find all the event updates. This is also where you can look for a roommate if needed.
3. Book flight to DTW (Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport)
This is the closest airport to the event venue.
4. Book hotel (follow the instructions below)

Hotel Room Booking instructions:
After clicking the link below, the hotelโs landing page will appear. Put in your arrival and departure dates, go to Rate Preference, scroll down, Group Rate should already be selected and your group code will have populated in the Group Code box. Click โNOโ on are you a travel agent. Click the orange "search" button, the groupโs room type and discount rate will appear. Rooms with two queen double beds, you will need to click the wheelchair icon under โSelect Your Roomโ. Proceed with reservation until a confirmation # is provided.
NOTE: Please be aware reservation using the booking link needs to be made on a computer, laptop, and/or tablet. You will only be able to book dates within September 28-October 2, 2023. The cut-off date for reservations is September 15, 2023, after which the rate is subject to the hotelโs availability.
